Did not find parking at restaurant. Parked and walked half a block. Place is small. Was a little with door open and a fan. Food was average quality. Spring Rolls were good. Not planning to return.

Found this little hole in the wall, after swimming in Waikiki beach. The service is amazing. Good prices pho is very clean so far the best in Hawaii. My favorite spot is Pho 87 in Los Angeles, but I can say Pho Kapahulu just topped it.

I had the chicken and spring roll (**fried) bun here, it was pretty solid. The chicken was made well and seemed fresh, maybe from one of the chickens running around in the streets. The spring rolls (came with three) were decent. Vegetables were a bit bitter, maybe not fresh. The owner was super nice and threw in free dessert!

Friendly, inexpensive neighborhood Pho restaurant. Menu has Veggie options and some hidden gems like tofu with peanut curry sauce or lemongrass beef.
